Ingredients:

2-3		ounces creme de cassis or creme de mure liqueur
		dry champagne or sparkling wine, chilled

Pour liqueur into a champagne flute; top with chilled champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently; then serve.

Recipe makes one cocktail.
