On The Beach

Pretty cocktails served in attractive glassware can really make the party! May I suggest On The Beach - a tasty combination of citrus, tequila, and triple sec, or Sunset In Aruba - a tropical cocktail featuring Courvoisier, pomegranate, and cherry flavorings, or the beautiful Blue Raspberry Mock-tini - a non-alchoholic raspberry summer cooler with a hint of fizz.

Ingredients:

2		ounces tequila
1		ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1		ounce orange juice
1		ounce triple sec
1		teaspoon confectioners sugar
3		ounces Fresca® sparkling citrus soda
1		sprig fresh mint, for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice. Pour in tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and triple sec. Add confectioners sugar, cover, and shake until the mixture is chilled and well blended. Add Fresca® and stir. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.

Recipe makes 1 cocktail.
