| 2 | 8-ounce cartons lemon fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt | |
| zest of 1 orange, minced | ||
| 3 | tablespoons freshly-squeezed orange juice | |
| 2 | teaspoons poppy seeds (optional) |
Place fruit into a large serving bowl, stirring to mix. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, orange zest, orange juice and poppy seeds until smooth and well blended. Spoon dressing over fruit salad and serve.
