| 1 | small, ripe yellow mango, peeled and cubed | |
| 3 | ounces tequila | |
| 1 | ounce triple sec | |
| 1 | ounce simple syrup | |
| 1 | tablespoon confectioners sugar | |
| 1 ¼ | cups ice cubes |
Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with the wedge of lime. Pour the sparkling sugar onto a medium plate and dip the rim of the glass into the sugar; set aside.
Combine mango, tequila, triple sec, and simple syrup in a blender. Process on high until the mixture is smooth. Add ice cubes and process until the mixture is thick and all the ice has dissolved.
Yield: 1 cocktail
